I went in there today looking for an offcut to suit a BBQ area. As it was always going to be a small value purchase, I half expected to be sort of fobbed off or given minimal customer service (unfortunately the W.A way) but I was pleasantly surprised. Monica came and offered assistance within a minute of me being there and spent a considerable amount of time and effort with me going through what they had in order to find the right piece, giving good advice along the way. Excellent value and customer service.

Omg don’t waste your money with beyond stone. I’ve seen first year apprentices to better work in this. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 25 years and this would be in the top 1% of worst jobs I’ve seen delivered by professionalsThe quality that beyond stone puts out, they should close the door and stay at home. Not one mitre joint comes together. their attitude. Is the jobs finished walk away as they demand payment before they come to site !They put glue all over the walls. Chipped the walls rip the skirting off which didn’t need to come off. Leading up to the job Monica promise you the world and gives you nothing when job is complete.I’m happy for anyone that’s wanting to get work done by these people to come by my home and look at the work first hand. This job needs to be pulled out and re-done by professionals not buy a bunch of Cowboys. We paid over $15,000 for this sole crunching work. We had to go without so many things to have our dream kitchen just to have beyond stone kill our dreams. Please I’m happy to show you the quality of work in person that beyond stone delivered, don’t become another victim of beyond stone find a professional to do your work.

If I could leave a -0 review on here I sincerely would. Monica (the owner) was completely unprofessional to deal with. From the first time we met with her she was trying to rush us out of the warehouse, thankfully her staff was kind enough to help us where ever they could with our queries as Monica left to go on site. After choosing a granite off cut, we emailed her to confirm some details to which she emailed a very abrupt response (which is documented). She also is not forthcoming with information. It took several attempts to obtain a quote. When we called to follow up on the quote she simply said in an annoyed manner “well I’ve already sent it to you” only to find out that she had in fact sent this to someone else. We then spoke to her to finalize the transaction (pay etc) and inquire about the process and what is involved moving forward (as we run a business and need to be aware of time frames and when and how the granite will be installed) she proceeded to shout at my mum (who was organizing the purchase). I could hear the shouting coming from the phone from another room. I stepped in (as my mum was nearly in tears) and took the phone, hoping that I could speak with her and she would be more calm however she also started shouting at me and eventual told me that she needs to go and hung up on me. As business owners we would NEVER treat customers this way, even if the customer is asking too much or we are in a hurry/busy. This is, hands down, the most disgusting and unprofessional behavior we have ever encountered. PLEASE BE AWARE unless you are prepared to deal with someone that changes behavior and if you catch them on an off day will yell at you and essentially verbally abuse you then proceed to do business with Monica. Absolutely appalling and a waste of time.

After another stone company let us down last minute, Monica from Beyondstone squeezed us into her super busy schedule and delivered a beautiful bathroom vanity stone benchtop within 4 days. Couldn't be happier with the service or the product!

Monica and her team went above and beyond to meet my tight turn around time to launch my property for sale while working around other trades. Monica gave such great advise and recommended a better product than I was quoted elsewhere with less joins - her attention to detail is fantastic and customer service is exceptional. Would highly recommend and will be using for any future renovations and builds.

We have recently had a stone bench top (Silestone) installed into a large kitchen on Monday 31st October by Monica and her crew. From start to finish it has been great to work with Monica. She provided guidance and support all through the process. She has a very professional, friendly manner. I found her great to work with, making the process so much easier. My wife and I are really happy with the result. I believe Monica’s price was very fair. I shopped around for quite awhile before deciding on Beyond Stone. It’s a significant purchase so we wanted someone who we believed would do the best job at the best price. We really appreciate the effort by Monica and her team.

Beyond Stone followed through with the timing, service and attention to detail they said they would provide. The experience was made easy, the service was extremely professional and very pleasant. The guys that measured and fitted the bench top were positive and professional and their workmanship was top notch. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful. Thank you Monica and Christos.

I'm not surprised as to why Monica and her BeyondStone have such drastically different reviews for her service, like “perfect job” vs an annoyed manner–I already sent it to you”.I was recommended to Monica by my friend who initially had issues with the undermount cut for his sink then Monica replaced it without further charges. My own interaction with Monica regarding to my kitchen benchtop is that Monica is a workwoman-turned boss and really wants to make her client happy for her end result
